Make the Kugels

  1. Briefly steam lots of broccoli and cauliflower. Drain and mash.

  2. Add eggs, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake in muffin tins sprayed with olive oil with a little oil drizzled on top at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
