Broccoli Salad with Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 broccoli, cut into tiny florets

  • stalks from 1 fennel, fronds removed, sliced

  • 1/2 cup chopped Gefen Baby Corn

  • 1/4 cup dried cherries

  • 1/4 cup dried pitted dates, chopped

  • salted pistachios, for garnish

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Broccoli Salad with Horseradish Dressing

1.

Combine horseradish sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup.

2.

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and mix to coat well. Top with pistachios.

3.

Let it stand for at least 10 minutes. This salad is great the next day too!
