1 (22-ounce) package Kineret Brownie Batter
1 cup espresso or strongly brewed coffee
meringues, for garnish
1 (8-ounce) container whipped cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
Bake brownie batter according to package instructions. Chop into squares.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whip until combined.
Add a brownie square or two to the glass. Pipe or spoon a cream layer on top. Spoon a teaspoon of espresso over the brownies. Add more brownie squares, cream, and coffee. End with a cream layer and garnish with a meringue.
