Sometimes I like something that has a little kick but doesn’t overwhelm my palate with spice. And I always love something that I can prep in less than five minutes! This chicken is amazing over a green salad or with a side of rice.
8 chicken breasts, pounded thin, or boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 and 1/2 – 2 teaspoons hot sauce or sriracha, to taste
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
3/4 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
1/4 cup french-fried onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Mix mayo, hot sauce, and honey. Coat chicken with the mixture.
Lay chicken in a single layer on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Panko crumbs and onions.
Bake for 25 minutes for chicken breasts and 40 for chicken thighs.
