I was amazed by how quickly these burger tacos came together and how delicious they were. They’re perfect for Chol Hamo’ed or anytime. Yield: 4 tacos
1 pound ground meat
4 mini wraps
Gefen Salt, to taste
Pereg Black Pepper, to taste
lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced
sauce of your choice
Heat a frying pan over medium flame.
Take a handful of raw chopped meat and spread it flat onto a wrap. Place wrap meat-side down in frying pan.
Cook for three to five minutes, until meat is cooked through.
Flip and cook for another minute so the bottom can get a bit toasty.
Repeat for remaining wraps.
Add toppings and fold into taco shape.
