Ingredients

Cabbage Salad with Jalapeño and Mango

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix

  • 2 to 3 jalapeños, thinly sliced

  • 1 mango, diced

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients in a ziptop bag and shake until combined. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to an hour to marinate before serving.
