This salad is the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and fresh, with a satisfying crunch.
1 bag red cabbage
1 (1-ounce) box scallions (or 1 bunch), chopped
handful of Gefen Dried Cranberries
handful of shelled sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Gefen White Vinegar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Pepper
In a small bowl or container, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
In a larger bowl, place cabbage, scallions, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Add all the dressing and toss to coat.
