1 head romaine, butter, or red leaf lettuce
2 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 avocado, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 to 3 (20-ounce) packages cold-cut turkey slices
1 to 2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
taco chips or Heaven and Earth Veggie Sticks
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Assemble lettuce, veggies, and eggs in large bowl.
In a large frying pan, add one to two tablespoons olive oil and fry up the diced turkey until crisp, about ten minutes. Allow to cool before adding to salad.
Combine dressing ingredients and shake well before lightly coating salad. Add chips or veggie sticks for crunch.
