Caramel Banana Muffins

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour

  • 3/4 cup caramel chips

Directions

1.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 12 muffin pan cups with muffin liners.

2.

In a bowl, cream together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

3.

Add the bananas, butter, cinnamon, and milk and mix well. Stir in the baking powder, flour, and chips and mix.

4.

Fill your muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake for five minutes.

5.

Lower the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for an additional 18 minutes.
