Easy to make, yet looks really impressive. I like to serve this Friday night.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen green beans, defrosted

  • 1/2 bag frozen Bodek cauliflower, defrosted

  • 2 purple onions

  • olive oil

  • McCormicks all-purpose seasoning

Directions

Prepare the Green Beans

1.

Preheat oven to 475 Fahrenheit. Line a real baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay veggies on parchment paper and spray with olive oil. Pour on McCormicks spice mix. Mix well (I do this by hand using gloves).

3.

Roast for about 15-20 minutes. Try to save some for the meal, this is really yummy straight from the oven that it is hard to stop picking at it!
