There’s always extra cereal clogging the pantries before Pesach, and the best way to get rid of it is to use it as schnitzel crumbs! Even the pickiest eaters will lick their plates clean.
8 chicken cutlets
1 cup Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup Corn Chex
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup Frosted Flakes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Marinate cutlets in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, roughly crush cereal, leaving some small pieces.
Coat cutlets in cereal and place on baking sheet. Spray both sides well with oil spray.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18–20 minutes.
