Why do regular fries when you can load them with cheese!? These are sure to be loved by adults and kids alike!
1 pack Beleaves Frozen French Fries
oil, to taste
Gefen Salt, to taste
hot peppers
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour, such as Glicks
2 cups whole milk
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
Place the butter in a pot. Once the butter has melted, add the flour and whisk until mixture begins to bubble. Continue to whisk for another one minute.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly. Once milk is incorporated, allow it to reach a simmer, whisking occasionally. Continue to simmer until milk mixture begins to thicken. This takes about three to five minutes.
Turn off the heat and add cheese, one cup at a time, stirring after each addition until completely melted. (If the cheese isn’t melting, turn the flame back on to the lowest heat to help it melt).
Sprinkle some oil and salt onto the fries and bake them on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
Once fries are done, remove from oven and top with the cheese sauce, jalapeƱos, and olives. (Feel free to add your family’s favorite toppings). Serve fresh.
