Ingredients

Loaded Fries

  • 1 red onion, diced

  • 1 (12-ounce) can hot pepper rings

  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream

Directions

Prepare the Loaded Fries

1.

Spread the French fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

In a pot, heat heavy cream. Once it boils, mix in marinara sauce and shredded cheese.

3.

Pour the sauce over the French fries. Sprinkle onions on top. Add hot pepper rings and spoon dollops of sour cream all around.

Notes:

Using a chunky marinara sauce adds a lot of flavor. I used Tuscanini’s Zesty Marinara Sauce to give it a bit of a kick.
