Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare the cake/crumbs: In a bowl, mix together the oil, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder (by hand). Remove one-third of the mixture and set aside in the freezer. Press the rest evenly over the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
Prepare the cheesecake layer: In a bowl, combine the gvinah levanah, pudding powder, flour, egg, sugar, and sour cream (by hand) and pour over the cake base.
Remove the mixture from the freezer and crumble it on top of the cheesecake layer. If you want to achieve a polka-dotted look instead of a crumb topping, sprinkle larger pieces over the cheesecake.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
