For all those that love sweet chicken recipes then this one is for you. It’s sweet, sour, and a little tangy from the pineapple bits. This is a super kid-friendly dish!
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets or nuggets
1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs or cornflakes crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
4 tablepoons Glicks Ketchup
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
10 ounces Gefen Pineapple Tidbits
Spread mayonnaise onto the chicken and coat with the crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for twenty minutes.
Combine and cook ingredients (except pineapple), until thickened.
Add pineapple with juice. Cook an additional five minutes.
Pour over chicken and reheat.

Excellent! Moist, crispy, and sweet! Certainly will make this again for supper.
