2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets or nuggets
1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs or cornflakes crumbs
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 can sour cherries in juice
2 tablespoons cherry jam
2 teaspoons Gefen Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon or other red wine
Coat chicken with the mayonnaise, then toss in the bread crumbs. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or deep fry until the chicken is golden.
Combine and cook ingredients until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.
Pour over chicken and reheat.
