The kids will adore these cute “lollies,” and supper will get eaten in a flash! A favorite!
2 – 2 and 1/2 pounds (900 grams – 1.1 kilograms) chicken fingers/cutlets
5 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Gefen Duck Sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Clean and rinse chicken; pat dry. Slice chicken lengthwise into thin, long strips.
Combine mayonnaise, duck sauce, and mustard in a large bowl.
Add chicken and mix to coat.
Place cornflake crumbs in a shallow dish.
Working with one piece of chicken at a time, roll up into spiral “lollipops” and push a skewer through to keep chicken closed and in a circle shape.
Coat chicken completely in crumbs. Place on Gefen Parchment Paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.

My kid loved the lollipop idea and ate it all up! So easy to make and it tastes so good. Lollipops are perfect for the picky eater!
