Start Cooking

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet over high heat.

  2. Add chicken and garlic and stir-fry for one minute.

  3. Add onion, green pepper and sprouts and stir for two minutes.

  4. Beat eggs, combine with rice, spices and soy sauce. Add to skillet.

  5. Cook for five minutes until eggs are set and rice is thoroughly reheated.

    Chicken is raw. It is diced so fine that it will cook very quickly.
