1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons adobo sauce plus 1 chili pepper, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
Combine all the ingredients in a two-pound (one-kilogram) container. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
