Grain-Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Chocolate Cake

  • 2 bars of 72% chocolate (or 7 ounces good quality dark chocolate chips)

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Cocoa

  • 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda

  • 10 medium dates (pitted and softened with boiling water)

Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Cake

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Blend chocolate, cocoa and baking soda until well chopped.

3.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

4.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
