Ingredients

Chocolate Covered “Popsicles”

  • popsicle sticks

  • 8 squares of Rice Krispie treats

  • 4 ounces baking chocolate

  • colorful sprinkles for dipping

Directions

1.

Place a popsicle stick into the center of the width of each of the rice crispy treats. Place them on a lined cookie sheet when done. Freeze for half an hour.

2.

Meanwhile, melt baking chocolate in a microwave.

3.

Dip the “popsicle” halfway into the melted chocolate, and then into the sprinkles. Let harden in upright position.
