When I was asked to create diet desserts for this issue of Whisk, I thought that was an oxymoron. But I had a few tricks up my sleeve….
2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
6 packets Splenda
2 and 1/2 cups skim milk
Combine cocoa, Splenda, and skim milk.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze until solid.
