When I was asked to create diet desserts for this issue of Whisk, I thought that was an oxymoron. But I had a few tricks up my sleeve….
4 frozen ripe bananas
2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Gefen Pure Maple Syrup or other real maple syrup
Combine bananas, cocoa, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a food processor or blender; Blend until smooth.
