Ingredients

Chocolate-Free Chocolate Balls

  • 1 cup ground coconut (or 1 and 1/4 cups almond flour)

  • ground coconut, Gefen Cocoa, or sprinkles, for coating

Directions

1.

Put maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa, and salt in a bowl and mix until well blended. Add ground coconut and mix until the mixture is sticky but not wet. If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add two to three tablespoons nut butter. If it’s too sticky, add two to three tablespoons ground coconut.

2.

Shape the mixture into balls and coat the balls in the coating of your choice.

3.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
