This sweet treat, containing dates, nut butters, chia seeds, and – oh, yes – cocoa powder, is practically guilt-free snacking. A great pick-me-up for the mid morning or mid afternoon slump that will revitalize you rather than send your blood sugar crashing.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pb2 powder (peanut butter powder)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

Prepare the Energy Balls

1.

Blend all ingredients together.

2.

Drizzle with chocolate and unsweetened shredded coconut flakes.

3.

Make small balls. 

4.

Freeze for an hour.
