Diets These nutritious balls are the perfect healthy snack that can easily be made in advance. Using raw and healthy ingredients, these are the perfect treat to refuel during the day. You may want to make a double batch of these, as they go quickly!
Yield: 24 balls
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup carob powder
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup Manischewitz Honey
3/4 cup Gefen Chunky Peanut Butter
1 cup roasted, unsalted, soy nuts, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Form into small balls.
Roll in coconut, if desired. Serve chilled.
