Ingredients

Nutty Energy Balls

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

In a medium bowl, add nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; stir together.

Add oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt and mix with a spoon. If needed, finish bringing the mixture together with gloved hands. Add optional add-ins to taste (see notes).

3.

Roll the mixture into bite-size balls.

4.

Chill or enjoy at room temperature.

Notes:

You can store these balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze them for longer shelf life.

Variation:

You can customize this recipe according to your preferences by adding or substituting various ingredients such as cocoa powder, chocolate chips, dried fruits, seeds, or spices. Get creative and experiment with flavors that suit your taste!
