Blend in a food processor. Add a drop of water at a time if it’s not blending well.

2.

Refrigerate for half an hour so the mixture is easier to work with. (You can also spray gloved hands with oil spray if you don’t have time to refrigerate.)

3.

Form small balls. Roll them in oats or chopped nuts, if desired.

4.

Refrigerate.
