This crowd-pleasing no-bake dessert is so easy to make (the most difficult part is whipping up the whipped topping), yet always a delicious hit. We love that it’s a prep-in-advance kind of dish, perfect for when you’re hosting.
Yields 1 9-inch square cake
8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, such as Kineret Whipped Topping
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup Heaven & Earth Chocolate Syrup
1 and 1/2 to 2 packages Kedem Vanilla Tea Biscuits
Whip the whipped topping until soft peaks form. Add in the confectioners’ sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Add in the chocolate syrup and fold to combine.
To assemble, layer in a nine-inch square baking dish: biscuits on the bottom, then a thin layer of the whipped cream, then biscuits, whipped cream, and so on until the dish is full.
Cover and place in fridge at least four hours or overnight.
Garnish with additional chocolate syrup, shaved chocolate, or berries.

This was a huge hit! although the feedback I got said it tasted like a chocolate mousse.
