Ingredients

Chunky Salsa

  • 1 large Spanish onion, cut into chunks

  • 4 plum tomatoes, cut into chunks

  • 1 bell red pepper, cut into strips

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut in half

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil

Directions

Prepare the Chunky Roasted Salsa

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

On a baking sheet, mix all the ingredients besides the lime. Place in preheated oven and bake for one hour. Remove from oven, transfer to a bowl, and add the lime juice.

3.

Using a large spoon, mix the salsa well, allowing it to break apart.
