16 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 and 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon
Line two baking sheets with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, melt margarine with brown sugar and one teaspoon cinnamon, cooking until mixture begins to bubble. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
Spread popcorn on the prepared baking sheets and leave to cool and harden.
In a bowl, combine all coating ingredients. Break cooled popcorn into pieces and toss in the prepared coating.
