Ingredients

Citrus Pomegranate Salad

  • 1 box baby spinach leaves

  • 1 Cara Cara orange

  • 1 orange

  • 1 grapefruit

  • 1 cactus fruit

  • 1 pomegranate (deseeded)

  • handful of honey glazed pecans (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 cube crushed garlic, such as Gefen

  • a dash of salt

  • a dash of pepper

Directions

1.

Peel and slice your fruits. Lay in a bowl with the baby spinach leaves.

2.

Mix your dressing ingredients and pour over.

3.

Mix before serving.
