A super easy, tasty, and healthy snack option that only takes minutes to prepare. They are so good you’re going to want to make a double batch!
1/2 cup Gefen Blanched Almond Butter
1/4 cup Gefen Pure Maple Syrup
2 egg whites
1 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries
1 cup Gefen Sliced Almonds or slivered almonds
Maldon salt, for topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix almond butter, maple syrup, and egg whites together.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
With an ice cream scooper, drop scoops of cookies on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with some Maldon salt.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
