Chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit; a classic, addictive treat.
1 (12-ounce) package Glicks Chocolate Chips
2 to 3 tablespoons shortening
1 cup chopped, toasted almonds
1/2 cup dark raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots
Place all ingredients together in a double boiler and melt over low flame, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Allow to cool.
