Yield: 9 clusters
2 bars good-quality dark chocolate
1/2 cup Rice Krispies
1 kiwi
2 strawberries, diced (fresh or frozen)
1 small orange, diced into tiny segments
pomegranate seeds
fresh pineapple
mango
gooseberries
blueberries
Prep all the fruit you will be using. Do this first so the chocolate won’t harden.
Carefully melt chocolate. Add Rice Krispies and mix well.
Using a metal spoon, drop spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Some fruit can be pressed in and some displayed on the top.
Keep refrigerated until using.
