Diets This is a fast and easy marinade that takes your grilled chicken to the next level!
2 tablespoons store-bought coffee BBQ rub (I used Trader Joe’s brand)
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
zest of 1 lemon
1 large sprig rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
1 teaspoon Gefen Maple Syrup
4 deboned chicken thighs
Mix all marinade ingredients together and coat chicken well.
Let it marinate for about one hour (can skip if you’re short on time).
Grill on hot grill for about five minutes per side. (This can also be made in a grill pan.)
