Diets 1/2 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 serving Absolute Collagen
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
dash of salt to balance out the sweetness
1/2 cup melted chocolate
flaky salt
Mix everything together and fold in the chocolate chips last. The dough should be crumbly.
Spread it out over a lined baking tray and press until it is one whole rectangle. Pour the melted chocolate on top, add some flaky sea salt, and freeze.
After three hours (or more), break your bark!
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
