1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup Gefen Almond Flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 serving Absolute Collagen
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil or Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon salt
ice cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients and mix together well.
In a separate bowl, combine the berry ingredients and mix. Top the berries off with the crumble and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Once the crumble is out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Top with ice cream, and enjoy!
