1 cup oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Manischewitz Honey
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
dash of salt
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup oat flour (or more all-purpose flour)
1 (10-ounce) bag of chocolate chips (I like to use mini chocolate chips such as Gefen Mini Chocolate Chips)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend oil, sugars and honey.
Add in eggs and vanilla.
Next mix in flours, baking powder and salt. Last add the chocolate chips.
Line a 12 inch pie pan with Gefen Parchment Paper. Flatten cookie dough into pan.
With parchment paper. Flatten cookie dough into pan. Bake in oven for 20-25 min until top golden. Poke cake with knife making sure cake is cooked through.
Decorate with frosting, sprinkles, or other toppings as desired.

Oat flour substitute If I don’t have oat flour I would use 1 cup extra of all purpose flour? Would you recommend substituting oat flour with regular oats? Thanks!
You can use an extra cup of all purpose.
