Make the crumb topping by mixing the flour, sugar, oil, and crushed sandwich cookies until crumbly. Set aside.
Roll out the challah dough into a large rectangle.
Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and crushed sandwich cookies together, then spread evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough up tightly into a log. Cut the log in half, then twist the two halves together.
Place the twisted dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle generously with the crumb topping.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour, until golden brown and baked through.

What size loaf pan did she use?
I would say a standard 9x5 loaf pan.
This looks amazing!
No chance you could replace the margarine in the filling recipe with something else?
