can I use oil instead of non dairy butter for the filling?
You can try using a neutral oil. Start with 1/2 cup, and if the filling feels too dry to spread, add a little more. The filling may be slightly looser and a bit less rich than with non-dairy butter, but it should still work well. Enjoy!
