Tender beef and perfectly steamed broccoli are coated in a savory sauce that comes together from pantry staples. So, you could order takeout… or you could make everyone think you did.

Beef and Broccoli Ramen
1 and 1/2 pounds meat, such as London broil or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 packages Gefen Ramen Noodles
4 cups hot water
2 tablespoons oil
1 package fresh checked broccoli (see note)
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup water, divided
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Ginger
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds

This recipe was a huge hit and it's on my super rotation, thx so much for sharing! Want to more that I used gluten free ramen (lotus foods brand) and is delicious, also I find that I need to brown the meat longer (I used pepper steak)

The recipe looks great, but listing 'flank steak' as a choice for the meat is misleading, as flank steak is from the hind quarters of the cow and is not a kosher cut. Some kosher butchers will use the name 'flank steak', but it is incorrect and most butchers avoid using that name.
