1 and 1/2 pounds meat, such as London broil or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 packages Gefen Ramen Noodles
4 cups hot water
2 tablespoons oil
1 package fresh checked broccoli (see note)
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup water, divided
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Ginger

1/3 cup soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds
Place the meat into a bowl. Add cornstarch and sesame oil and mix to coat evenly. Set aside.
In another bowl, steep the ramen noodles in four cups hot water.
Place a deep skillet over high heat and add oil. Brown the meat on all sides then remove to a bowl.
Reduce heat to low, add broccoli and 1/3 cup water to the same pan and cover to steam, about two minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, brown sugar, 1/4 cup water and soy sauce. Add the meat and softened ramen noodles. Toss to combine, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over each serving.
