Diets For those of you who want to drink and drive, this cocktail (minus the alcohol) is light, refreshing and everything you’ll need.
2-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled
2 and 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup hot water
2 and 1/2 cups apple juice
1 and 1/2 cups cranberry juice
cranberries, for garnish
Add ginger to a small saucepan with two and a half cups water and simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool, then strain and set aside.
Mix honey with hot water in a large pitcher until dissolved. Add apple juice, cranberry juice, 1⁄2 cup ginger water, and cinnamon sticks. Let sit for a while to allow flavors to develop. Serve chilled, with cranberries for garnish.
