Each flavor serves 8
2 cups peach puree (see note)
6 tablespoons or 4 ounces seedless or seeded Beleaves Frozen Passion Fruit cubes
1/4 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
1 cup simple syrup (see note)
2 cups ginger ale
2 and 1/2 cups seltzer
16 ice cubes
splash Lvov Vodka (optional)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups simple syrup
1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (stems discarded)
4 cups water
2 and 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes
sliced lemon, for garnish (optional)
splash Lvov Vodka (optional)
Combine fruit purees, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup concentrate into a glass. Add two ice cubes, 1/4 cup ginger ale, and 1/3 cup seltzer. Add a splash of vodka, if desired. Stir and serve immediately.
Heat lemon juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves in a small pot. Allow to cool.
When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup concentrate into a glass. Add 1/2 cup water and approximately 1/3 cup crushed ice cubes. Drop in a slice of lemon and add a splash of vodka, if desired. Serve immediately.
