Ingredients

Peach-Ginger Mocktail

  • 2 and 1/2 cups seltzer

  • 16 ice cubes

  • splash Lvov Vodka (optional)

Limonana Mocktail

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 cups simple syrup

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (stems discarded)

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 and 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes

  • sliced lemon, for garnish (optional)

  • splash Lvov Vodka (optional)

Directions

For the Peach-Ginger Mocktail

Combine fruit purees, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup concentrate into a glass. Add two ice cubes, 1/4 cup ginger ale, and 1/3 cup seltzer. Add a splash of vodka, if desired. Stir and serve immediately.

For the Limonana Mocktail

1.

Heat lemon juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves in a small pot. Allow to cool.

When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup concentrate into a glass. Add 1/2 cup water and approximately 1/3 cup crushed ice cubes. Drop in a slice of lemon and add a splash of vodka, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For simple syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water in a small pot, until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, until sugar is dissolved and liquid is a little syrupy. Allow to cool and use in your mocktail mixtures.

To make peach puree, blend one pound (450 grams) frozen or canned and rinsed peaches.
