Simple, uncomplicated, and oh, so delicious.
1 teaspoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 potato, peeled and chopped
24 ounces Beleaf Frozen Cauliflower
3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cube Gefen Frozen Basil
1 and 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 cups water
2 chicken legs or 5 chicken wings
In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion and potato for five minutes. Add cauliflower and sauté for 15 minutes.
Stir in garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and water. Add chicken.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour and a half.
Remove chicken from soup and pull apart. Return to pot and blend with an immersion blender for one minute.
