  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Prepare the Creamy Coconut Ice Pops

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk in the coconut flakes.

2.

Pour mixture into ice pop molds and insert sticks.

3.

Freeze until firm, at least six hours.
