Ingredients

Crispy Almond Coated Salmon

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • juice of 1 lemonĀ (or aboutĀ 3 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 medium orange

Directions

Prepare the Crispy Almond Coated Salmon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the almond meal and Lipton soup packet in a food processor, and pulse two to three times. Add mayo, water, lemon, and oil and blend until it forms a paste (about 10 seconds).

3.

Place salmon on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Brush salmon with almond paste mixture. Drizzle a little more olive oil over fillets.

4.

Bake for 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.

5.

Squeeze the orange over the salmon.
