4 chicken bottoms
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Gefen Breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
4-5 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
a little hot water
Place eggs and breadcrumbs on two separate plates. Dip each chicken piece into eggs and then breadcrumbs.
Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, bottom side up. Bake covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, and a little hot water to make a smooth liquid mixture.
After 40 minutes, remove chicken from oven and turn over.
Drizzle honey/lemon mixture over chicken and return to oven for at least one more hour uncovered.

Cutlets…? How could this recipe be modified to make with chicken cutlets ?
if you’re using chicken cutlets the cook time would need modification as cutlets cook pretty quickly especially thinner ones.
