Diets Here’s how to cook a super potato hash side dish. More a method than a strict recipe, the amounts of each ingredient can easily be scaled up or down to feed your crew.
Boil potatoes with peels in salted water.
Drain, cool and remove peels.
Slice or cube potatoes thickly and sprinkle with paprika and salt.
Heat oil in pan and place potatoes into pan.
Cook, covered, over medium heat, tossing occasionally. Uncover for crisper texture.

Crispy paprika potatoes How long am I supposed to boil the potatoes for?
Boil the potatoes until they are soft enough to cut.
Crispy Paprika Potatoes How long does it need to cook for (in step #5)?
It would depend on what size you cut them and how crispy you like them. I would start with 30 min and increase the time by 10-minute intervals if it needs more.
Easy Side Simple, yet tasty. Pleaser to all age ranges.
Totally.
